An Image Archive broadens the interconnectedness within an organisation and its customers. 

A powerful and flexible Transaction Journal^tm Image Archive is the secure central repository for all volumes of payment system documents.  A typical enterprise model would involve a number of capture and interpretation (categorisation) locations that direct an image-to-data stream into the archive from an internal network or perform uploads from remote sites.  During the collection process, automated data enrichment will supplement customer, account, invoice or other information.  Customised extracts create specialised data feeds to update accounting, financial or business (CRM) systems.

Unlike paper or microfilm, an image can be simultaneously accessed at any number of locations.  On-line retrieval, scrutiny, printing and despatch of images responds favourably to customers' needs and onward services they wish to offer.

Solchar offers a number of inbuilt or bespoke services, including unique staging arrangements. 

• Images and data that have not been collected by the payment beneficiary are distributed to their local archive.
• A selection of images and data is made available via an automated selection process or daily request. These remain available on a local server for exception management and customer service activities.
• Images and data is available through a web interface and selected images are distributed by email or facsimile.
