Transaction Journaltm is designed with unprecedented flexibility to deliver cost-effective standard or bespoke processing. 

Although solutions can be operated as standalone applications, Solchar is able to provide advice and solutions to achieve a wealth of integration potential, further automating and increasing efficiencies savings.  This includes:

  • interfacing cheque and voucher data to existing accounting systems
  • enriching payment data from other applications
  • uploading data into customer management packages (CRM)
  • integrating all payment data into a single hub
  • image archive services for web or phone customer service delivery
