Complex searches will answer bank or customer queries, aid reconciliations, meet statutory record-keeping requirements and provide court evidence for proceeds of crime investigations.

Information can be reproduced on lost or damaged cheques to speed up finalisation of settlement and void potential losses.

Processing Models

Image capture uses specialised programming of cheque scanners or A4 document processing scanners.  These can be placed at a cashier, counter or teller point, in a back-office environment or post room and within the accounts or finance department. To carry out verification, management or control functions accesses can be set up in accordance with the architecture of prevailing business systems or their various locations. TJ payment solutions can complement existing financial management environments in all business sectors.

Our payment processing system can be operated from a single work station or from multiple computers within a network. The images and data are either stored on the local drive or in centralized databases and archives that manage the indexing and access items or batches for scrutiny. For multiple sites, or where capture and processing is out-sourced or managed off-site, data is stored at a corporate hub with convenient web-based access.
